Refund/Return Policy
1. No Refunds on Electrical Parts:
- We regret to inform our valued customers that refunds will not be issued for electrical parts, including ECMs (Engine Control Modules) and Dash Clusters. These components are sold with the understanding that they may be sensitive to various vehicle-specific conditions, and their installation can often be complex.
2. Refund Timeframe:
- To be eligible for a refund, a request must be made within two (2) days of the original purchase date, an exception to this clause is that parts purchased on Fridays can be returned up until the following Tuesday as there is no way to return parts over the weekend outside of our operating hours. Any refund requests made beyond this period will not be entertained.
3. Restocking Fee:
- A restocking charge of 20% will be applied to all returned parts. This fee helps cover the cost of inspecting, processing, and restocking the returned items.
4. Sold “As Is/Where Is”:
- All parts are sold “As Is/Where Is.” This means that customers are purchasing items in their current condition and location. We do not provide any warranties, express or implied, regarding the condition, functionality, or fitness for a particular purpose of any part sold.
5. Exchanges:
- Exchanges of purchased parts are allowed, provided the customer adheres to the following guidelines:
- The exchange request must be initiated within two (2) weeks of the original purchase date.
- The part to be exchanged must be in its original condition, unaltered, and accompanied by the original sales receipt.
6. Returns:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How to Initiate a Refund/Exchange:
- To initiate a refund or exchange request, please contact our customer service team at parts@tatrotrucks.com or by calling us at +1-866-391-2223. Our team will guide you through the process, including providing any necessary return authorization.
- To return your product, you should mail your product to: 100 Bothwell Street, Chatham, Ontario, Canada, N7M 5J5.
